Service is always great, I always know what I’m getting and what is being done throughout my service. Crystal and Desmond are a dream team! They are very knowledgeable and straightforward, if you are opposed to hearing the TRUTH about your vehicle, then this place is not for you. On the flip side if you want a shop that won’t give the runaround, then they are most definitely it! After years of going to different technicians and pouring my money down the drain, EZT Auto is the only shop that touches my vehicles now!

Crystal and Desmond are amazing and kind people. This is a family owned business and they definitely made us feel like family. Our car had broken down on us and we weren’t sure what was wrong. Desmond took great care of our car and figured out what was going on with it. They also checked up on us a few months later to see how the car was doing.

So I called to get a transmission rebuilt by these guys and a lady answered and I was trying to get a quote on not parts but how much it would cost in labor for a 47RE transmission rebuild she was trying to tell me every builder does it Different and that she could not give me a quote on how much it would be And she said the builder would say the same, and then when I asked her is she the one building it or sitting at the desk she proceed to say she’s the one sitting at the desk and the builder would say the same And then proceed to say we don’t need your money that bad never had this type of interaction With a shop out here crazy that they’re just hiring anybody nowadays really need to get your employees in check Or do a little hiring evaluation on who’s working in your business?

Oh Skyler only 1 star seeing as this is your 1st review on google as well. These reviews (even low stars and all) help the customers who read them. I have had many loyal clients come to our shop solely because they read the review. They stated the writer was entitled and needed another shop to coddle their specific needs. You are correct we don't give estimates over the phone for many reasons in this industry . Many people call and dial for the almighty dollar ...like you stated you called many shops and they told you the cost why can't I? Instead of asking the most important question do you have a technician who is competent enough to handle all aspects of a meticulously built "STAGE 3" transmission that won't belly up and damage all your supplied parts you just spent your hard earn money on 100 miles after rebuild. (we get those horror stories like a broken record) Billy Bob the builder just rebuilt it cause he told me the cheapest price over the phone and now I'm dealing with a paperweight of a truck. I hope that doesn't happen to you though. Not all money is good money and from your disrespect and lack of understanding how rebuilds work I knew from gate you wouldn't value our services and just wanted to save you time by letting you know we weren't the shop for you. There are incompetent repair facilities all around this town don't fall victim... respect the ones who keep it real, black and white no grey. Have a good day Skylar!

They did an internal repair on my Subaru transmission...they got the parts in and completed the work fast. They're super professional and personable. A really great shop! If something breaks on my vehicles I'll be bringing them here.
